Preparazione
Disponete in una padella capiente il burro e appena si scioglie fate rosolare l’aglio per pochissimi minuti. Aggiungete la Bottarga grattugiata Le Mareviglie e mescolate ancora per due minuti. In una pentola d’acqua salata fate cuocere le linguine, scolate e versate nella padella, aggiungete l’olio EVO e spolverate con la scorza grattugiata di limone e altra bottarga. Si consiglia di servire il piatto ben caldo.
